Leadership

The goal of Troop 107 is to be scout-led. This supports the Vision of the BSA by preparing youth “to become a responsible, participating citizen and leader who is guided by the Scout Oath and Law”.

Scouts are organized into patrols, each with an elected Patrol Leader.  The Senior Patrol Leader leads each meeting under the guidance of  the Scoutmaster.
